Sliding door screens
The balcony door is the busiest opening in any Dubai home. A framed sliding door screen runs in its own track and seals with brush edges.
Fixed window screens
A framed fixed screen for windows that stay screened all season — the simplest, toughest option.
Pleated screens
For wide patio doors, French doors and bi-folds, a pleated screen folds away to one side with no raised track to step over.
Mosquito nets for doors

Fixed windows — a framed fixed screen, powder-coated to match your window colour.
Sliding windows — a screen panel that runs with the window, so either side can open.
Hinged (casement) windows — a hinged or removable screen that opens with the window or lifts out for cleaning.
Before we visit — a 2-minute self-check: note which windows slide, which hinge, and any window where the handle sits proud of the frame. That one detail changes the screen type, and knowing it in advance makes the measurement visit faster.

Yes. Screens fitted inside the balcony door or window line change nothing on the façade, which is what most buildings require. If your building needs paperwork, we supply the fitting details in writing.
Usually not. Many of our fittings are drill-free or minimal-fix and can be removed at move-out. Tell us you're renting and we'll spec each opening accordingly, and confirm anything that needs a landlord's OK before we make it.
Typically 1–2 working days. Screens are made in our own Dubai workshop and fitted by our own team — no third-party installers.
Partly — a screen slows dust as well as insects, but it isn't a dust seal, and fine mesh on a balcony door needs a rinse more often in shamal season. We'll show you how; it takes minutes.
