Fly Screens in Dubai Hills Estate

Dubai Hills Estate pairs modern villas with big glass walls and apartments overlooking the golf course. All that glass is wonderful until the insects arrive, and the landscaped parks and fairways around the community keep them coming. We make screens to the exact size of your openings, including the tall sliding panels that standard off-the-shelf screens can’t cover. Because the community is still growing, we are in Dubai Hills weekly for measurements and fittings. Every screen is made to measure in our Dubai workshop and fitted by our own team, and measurement across Dubai is free — just call or WhatsApp us on +971 52 443 2655 to book a visit.

What we fit

Pleated fly screens for tall, wide sliding doors in modern villas. Made to measure for openings up to the full height of your glass.

Sliding door screens for apartment balconies overlooking the golf course or the park.

Fixed window screens for bedrooms and studies, so you can ventilate without inviting mosquitoes in.

Fly screen repair for screens fitted by previous owners or developers. We re-mesh sound frames and replace damaged ones.

Colour-matched frames. Dubai Hills homes use a lot of dark bronze and grey joinery, and we powder-coat to match.

Workshop-made custom screens for unusual window shapes in the newer villa designs.

Floor-to-ceiling glass

Screens for floor-to-ceiling glass in Dubai Hills villas.

Floor-to-ceiling glass is the defining feature of the newer Dubai Hills villas, and it is also the hardest opening to screen well. A standard screen simply isn't built for a panel that runs the full height of the room, which is why we measure each opening individually and build the screen to that exact size in our workshop. For tall, wide sliding doors, pleated screens are usually the best fit: they fold neatly to one side when you want the opening completely clear, and draw across smoothly when you want air without insects.

Because the screen is made for your door rather than adapted to it, it sits cleanly against the existing joinery and works with the way the door already slides. If your villa also has unusual window shapes from the newer designs, we can make custom screens for those in the workshop too, so the whole house is covered by screens that look like they belonged there from the start, rather than an afterthought added later.

In the towers

Balconies, bedrooms and studies in the apartment towers.

Life in the Dubai Hills apartment towers is oriented towards the view — over the golf course, the park or the community — and a good screen should protect that view, not interrupt it. For balconies in clusters such as Park Ridge, Park Heights and Executive Residences, a sliding door screen lets you leave the balcony door open in the evening, when irrigation around the landscaped areas brings the mosquitoes out, without letting them into the living room.

In bedrooms and studies, fixed window screens are the quiet workhorse: fitted to the exact window, they let you ventilate the room through the cooler months and keep a study comfortable while you work with the window open. Where a window is used less often, a rollup screen is another option from our range, rolling away when it isn't needed. Whichever mix your apartment needs, we measure every opening on the visit, make the screens to size, and return to fit them ourselves.

FAQs

My villa has very tall sliding doors. Can you screen them?

Yes. We measure the full height and build pleated screens to suit. Tall openings are one of the most common jobs we do in Dubai Hills, where floor-to-ceiling glass is standard.

Do the golf course surroundings mean more insects?

Landscaped greenery and water features do attract mosquitoes, especially after irrigation in the evenings. Screens let you keep doors open without worry.

Can you match dark window frames?

Yes. We carry dark bronze, grey and black powder-coat finishes that suit the modern joinery used across Dubai Hills Estate.

Do you serve the apartment clusters as well as the villas?

We do. We fit balcony and window screens in the Park Ridge, Park Heights and Executive Residences towers as well as across the villa communities.

More questions

Asked in Dubai Hills.

Yes. Alongside pleated, sliding and fixed screens, we make rollup screens that suit smaller windows and openings you only use occasionally. At the free measurement we will look at each window and advise which system suits it best.

Not necessarily. If the frame is in good condition we can usually re-mesh it, which is part of our repair service for screens fitted by previous owners or developers. If the frame itself is damaged, we will tell you honestly and can make a replacement to the same size.

Yes. Mosquito nets are part of the range we make and fit, and for many Dubai Hills homes a combination works well — screens on the main sliding doors and windows, with nets where a simpler covering is all an opening needs. We can talk through the options when we measure.

We fit screens throughout Dubai Hills Estate, in the villa communities and the apartment towers alike, plus the nearby Al Barsha and Hessa Street areas. Everything is made to measure in our workshop. Ask us for a free quote and we will talk through your options.
