Custom sizes for the different door dimensions across JBR’s many towers.
Coastal living is hard on screens in a way inland apartments never experience. Salt sits in the air in JBR all year, and a flimsy frame that might survive in another part of Dubai corrodes, stiffens and starts to look tired quickly on a beachfront balcony. That is why we use powder-coated aluminium frames as standard on coastal jobs: the coating protects the metal underneath, so the frame keeps working and keeps its finish in the sea air.
The mesh matters just as much. Ours is fine enough to stop even small insects, so the point of living in JBR — doors open, sea breeze moving through the apartment, the beach and the Ain in front of you — is not given up the moment the insects appear in the evening. A sliding screen on the balcony door does the daily work, moving with the door as you go in and out, while fixed window screens let bedrooms take the breeze overnight without inviting anything in with it.
Anyone who has lived in more than one JBR tower knows the buildings are not standardised. Door dimensions differ across the community's many towers, and sometimes differ between rooms in the same apartment, which is exactly why off-the-shelf screens disappoint here — a screen that almost fits will rattle, gap at the edges and let insects through the gaps. We make custom sizes for the different door dimensions across JBR's towers, measuring each opening in your apartment individually and building each screen to that measurement in our workshop.
That approach also makes it simple to combine systems in one home: a sliding screen for the main balcony door you use all day, fixed screens for the bedroom windows, and a pleated or rollup screen from our range where an opening calls for something that folds or rolls away. However the doors in your tower are arranged, the screens are made for them — not adapted from a size that was meant for somewhere else.
Screens fitted inside your own doors and windows almost never need approval.
The mesh is fine and dark, so it fades away visually once fitted.

Yes. Wind damage is one of the most common repairs we do in beachfront towers.
We fit sliding, fixed, pleated and rollup screens, as well as mosquito nets. Sliding screens suit most JBR balcony doors, but at the free measurement we will look at your openings and tell you honestly if a pleated or rollup screen would work better for a particular door or window.
We visit your apartment, measure each door and window you want screened — useful in JBR, where sizes vary between towers — and advise on the right system for each one. Measurement across Dubai is free. Call or WhatsApp +971 52 443 2655 to book a visit.
Yes. Custom sizes are a normal part of our JBR work, because door dimensions differ across the towers and even between rooms. Each screen is made to measure for its own opening in our workshop, so every door in the apartment gets a screen that actually fits it.
